Terrible Tooth ache pain?

My front tooth was shot out to the root by an airsoft gun a month ago, it's fixed but has seriouse pain. I use origel.any ideas or remedies besides a root canal?

Rub cloves oil onto the gum (using something like a clean cotton woll bud or earbud). itll completely numb all feeling on the area where it touches, it burns like fook for about 3 seconds, try to not get it on your tongue. And book a emergency dentist appointment.
